Inside the facility
Our quality system follows the logic of medicine manufacturing: written procedures, controlled environments and a release decision for every batch.
How a batch is controlled
Incoming materials
Strains, growth media and other ingredients are quarantined and tested before they are approved for use.
Controlled production
Fermentation and filling take place in classified, monitored areas, with documented cleaning between runs.
In-process checks
Growth, pH and moisture are checked at set points, so problems are caught early rather than at the end.
Batch release
Quality assurance reviews the full batch record and test results before any product is released.
Stability monitoring
Retained samples are tested across shelf life to confirm the count on the label holds.
What we test on every batch
Release testing answers the four questions that matter for a probiotic.
- Viable count
- How many living cells are in each dose, measured as colony-forming units (CFU).
- Identity
- Whether the strain in the pack is the strain named on the label.
- Purity
- No pathogens or contaminating microorganisms.
- Physical quality
- Moisture, appearance and fill weight within specification.
